Nigerian roads have been a major concern over the years due to the number of ghastly motor accidents taking place on the roads daily.
It has just been reported that two final year students of the Kwara State Polytechnic died in a ghastly motor accident.
The accident reportedly took place on Thursday, March 15, along Unilorin teaching hospital. They were heading home after the day’s examination.
It was further reported that the accident also claimed the lives of the cab driver, a corps member. Reports has it that the driver lost control of the car which led to the ghastly accident.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Lagos state was on Thursday, March 8, crushed by a train along the Ikeja Along railway bus stop.
The female corps member who served within the Ikeja local government council area and was putting on a telephone earpiece immediately lost three of her fingers and suffered severely fractured bones after being hit by the train, the Independent reports.
